The Atwima Nwabiagya North District Assembly (ANNDA) through its MIS unit organized a one-day training workshop for staff at the Records Unit on the newly developed Record Management Software (RMS) by the MIS unit.
The training which took place at the Records Unit was aimed at providing the requisite knowledge in using the said system. This is also in line with the Performance Contract (PC) signed by MMDCEs and MMDCDs which states “all incoming and outgoing correspondent should be stored on a computer database”.
The Facilitator, Mr. Gideon Owusu Bempah (MIS Officer-ANNDA) took officers through the system and encourage them to take it serious in order to score the full marks allocated in the performance contract.
