As part of a budgetary ritual in transparency and accountability and use of the public funds, the Atwima Nwabiagya North District has partaken in the 2025 budget hearing for the fiscal year at Afigya Kwabre South District Assembly, Kodie, on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
In accompaniment to the hearing were the District Coordinating Director, and representing the DCE, Mr. S.M. Abdul Rahman, Hon. Francis Bobie-Ansah, Presiding Member, Akropong Akwaamuhene, Nana Ataani Amankwah Apam, Heads of Department/Directorates, Religious heads/representatives, Assembly members/convenor, and related opinion members.
The exercise had presentations from Offinso Municipal Assembly, Atwima Nwabiagya North District Assembly, Afigya Kwabre South District Assembly, Offinso North District Assembly, and others.
Assemblies present took to turn in presenting their prepared budget for the fiscal year 2025 and had its documents critiqued for onward correction.
Participants, observers, and stakeholders from the regional office were satisfied with the proceedings. They were grateful.
